Front seat
1.
Operate the seat warmer after connecting the connector, and then check the thermostat by measuring the temperature of seat surface.

Disconnect the connectors to check for continuity and measure the resistance between terminals.

Measure the resistance between A1 and B1 terminals of seat cushion.


Standard value
Seat cushion resistance : 1.39Ω ± 10%

Measure the resistance between C1 and C2 terminals of seat back.


Standard value
Seat back resistance : 0.89Ω ± 10%

5.
To measure the resistance of seat back and cushion, connect the B and C connectors.
Measure the resistance between A1 and C1 terminals of seat.

Standard value
Seat set resistance : 2.3Ω ± 10%

Rear seat
1.
Operate the seat warmer after connecting the connector, and then check the thermostat by measuring the temperature of seat surface.

Standard value
Seat cushion temperature : 40 ± 2°C (104 ± 3.6°F)

2.
Measure the resistance between 1 and 3 terminals of seat cushion.
